Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Aziza Asha does ship internationally. Prices vary depending on location.
Shipping to Canada:
Orders shipping to Canada are sent via United States Postal Service and Canada Post. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed because of possible delays in customs. Please note that the Canadian customs office may impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. These government-imposed duties are not shipping fees and are not being charged by Aziza Asha.
Shipping Internationally:
International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Please note that some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties. If your order requires fees in addition to those represented in the shipping chart, we will contact you to approve these charges before shipping out your order. International shipping & handling charges will be calculated after the order has been placed.
Q: Do you provide express shipping?
A: Yes, Aziza Asha does provide express overnight shipping at an additional $26.00
However, express shipping does NOT change construction time.

Q: If possible, can clients come in to pick up their orders instead of having them shipped?

Q: What do I do if I want to request a custom designed garment?

Q: What is the construction time for online placed orders and custom garments?
A: Generally, custom garments take 7-14 days to construct. Unless the garment is in stock.
During peak seasons (ex. prom and wedding season) time frames may become longer.
Q: If I want to order a custom garment, how far in advance do I need to do so?
A: Generally, custom requests must be made 3-4 weeks prior to event date. However, in some instances, requests are granted 2 weeks in advance. Clearance for this must be made via email correspondence prior to purchase in order to ensure time availability

Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on our website. Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays.
